Through her experience as a voice technician- and As a singing teacher and actress, she has developed this slightly different fitness program to train the body together with the voice.

From June 2nd, every Thursday at 8 a.m. in the Augarten!

We'll meet at the entrance at Gaussplatz!

Please bring comfortable clothing and a gym mat.

There is a contribution towards expenses of 20€, for students and pupils there is a discount.

In this fitness training, the following is trained

breathing

Breathing is the basis of everything. So we cannot accomplish without them. That's why we start every fitness training with breathing exercises that train the breath support.

vocalization

Each exercise is combined with a consonant and/or vowel to not only train the outer muscles, but also the inner ones!

midsection

Combined with breathing and vocal exercises, the entire core of the body, abs, side muscles and back muscles are trained, as well as the buttocks. The breathing and voice exercises allow you to train not only the outer, but also the inner muscles.
